(The TOS for Avian Isle and it's city limits applies to all citizens/Residents, Visitors, Guests ,slaves and all said Administrative teams of Avian Isle and it's city Limits)
The Terms of Service For Avian Isle are, Created , Placed and Implemented for the Purpose and needs of all Citizens, residents, Visitors, Guests, slaves and Administrative teams of, to and for Avian Isle and it's city Limits.
It is asked of and expected of all and every person wishing to "RP", Reside , visit and / or serve , or any person/s wishing to be on any of said administrative Team to read the Terms of Service (Thoroughly and completely).

(Please Not Upon steping foot on to Avian Isle and any and all regions linked to said region and deeded to the Kemer City Lands Group and/or owned by Divaelvira Andel you are giving permission /Consent for all "open chat" and "IM" related to" RP", dram, griefing and breaches of Region rules ,etc to be logged and presented on request by Administration where needed and required , ("AVIAN ISLE ADMINISTRATION AND OWNERS RESERVER ALL RIGHTS TO SAID LOGS AND TRANSCRIPTS")

5.That You Understand ,Accept and agree that Administration for Avian Isle and it City Limits has final say and complete control over all aspects of land, Region and Groups for the Kemer city Group , Avian Isle and the City Limits
6.That You agree and accept to follow the chain of command of the Avian Isle Administration ,of the Kemer City Group and City Limits for any and all aspects of Group , RP/IC and OOC issues
7.You agree and accept That Family ,friends and Non Goreans are Not exempt from any and all rules and this Terns Of service and will be treated the same as any other Citizen/resident Visitor,Guest, slave and administrative team member in relations to any and all breaches of this TOS and any and all Rules and Laws Governing Avian Isle , Group and City Limits .

That Administrators/Moderators, regardless ot their RP /IC Character and who they are in real life will be respected and Given a chance and opportunity at all times, to investigate and resolve any and all issues/situations ,ataining To any and all Breaches or RL Laws, City Laws, Sim Rules, TOS, LL TOS Governing all aspects of the Land/Regions, City Limits and the community, Residents/Citizens, Visitors, Guests, Slave and Adminastrative Teams.as well as a chance and opportunity to Moderate/Mediate RP/IC and OOC situations and issues that call for Administrative Moderation/Mediation.

At Avian Isle , we have not, do not and will never tolerate Princess and Prince slave syndrome and will never condone it , Nor permit it upon Avian Isle and the Avian Isle City Limits , we will never tolerate nor condone or permit the constitution of teaching and promoting a slave to act and behave as a Princess or Prince.
If a slave/Property chooses to act disrespectful , and behave in a manner unacceptable of a Gorean slave, way of life, culture , rules and Laws ,and all that attains to Avian Isle Enslavement , and any /all Laws/rules Governing Avian Isle City Limits , if said Property is displeasing to any Free and the Owner does not take appropriate steps and measures to discipline and correct that Properties , actions and behaviour , then Under the Governing bodies Rulings to said city Laws of and for the city Limits, The City will take the appropriate steps and measure to see that punishment and Justice is delivered served .
If an owner refuses to allow said Property to be punished accordingly, where said owner has proved to be incapable,or are disincline to discipline their Property them selves , then that said owner will incur the Properties Punishment 100% and / or face Charges of Property neglect , possibly finding themselves enslaved for a contracted period of punishment .
Owners who turn a blind eye to the actions and behaviour of their Property and allow them to act as they do, only encourage bad behaviour and insubordination , in ignoring and allowing their property to behave badly they in turn set and example , and encourage other slaves to follow suit and instil bad teachings to other would be owners and slaves.
This also labels Your Property as nothing More than Princess or Prince and You as weak ,disrespectful and one without Honour.
Your Property is a representation of your House, of You m your training and teaching of said Property , their bad behaviour reflects on You the owner and at the same time the bad behaviour that could and would be seen as your bad management and neglect reflects on the Homestone , bringing shame to You, Your House and Homestone. If You are fine with being weak and allowing shame to fall upon your Home then . All well and fine , but there is no Honour in bringing shame to fall upon your Homestone.
So a Weak Owner or one with strength, respect, Honour, dignity and Pride …...”Which are You”?
