Our Regional rules are simple, basic and easy , abide by Avian Isle TOS, LL TOS and very real life Laws , Be Of the acceptable and corect age as listed on this page and in the TOS Provided, respect all those of Avian as well as the other Visitors and Guests Just as they are to respect You.

DONT'S OF AVIAN ISLE.............
rules to abide by are as folows..........
No Bling, pooffers, excess script counts , Prim dropping Child sex game and RP , child abuse in any way shape or form ( this includes if you are in voice and children in back ground, to us having them in back ground and heard being yelled at, or told off in a manner depicting that of child abouse and neglect is a crime and will be reported to appropriate Authorities ,) any one on sim in voice who has children who are under the appropriate age for the Mature viewing as rated under the directive of censurship will be seen as neglecting their mature adult responsiblities ...... in all cases of this and any issues regarding child neglect and abuse whitnessed on Avian by way of voice or written text , those persons will be asked to leave, booted from sim and group , be banned from Aviaon and all regions of Avian for life and reported to Lindens Lab and the Apptopriate Authorities .... this includes any and all child abuse in "RP"as well ,"NO" Beastiality grieffing, gaming,metgaming, godmodding, powergaming (where possible),
AGE RESTRICTIONS AND VERIFICATIONS
Avian Isle is an Adult Rated Region, all wishing to Visit and or Participate must be of an age of 18 Years and Over,
All Visitors , Guests and residents must be Age Verified in Order to enter the community
Avatar age must be 30 days and over (no less).... the reason for this is Obvious.... too many come into RP communities with no knowlege of their role and how to "RP", or are still unsure of their Character as well as being unknowledged of the theme of the communities they attempt to "RP" at, on and with .... we have seen and experienced this far to often and have had no choice but to implement as such to prevent drama and other problems and issues that may arrise.
HOW TO AGE VERIFY
Age Verification is simple, jus follow these instructions and you should be right to go.
Please note , your personal information ptovided for the verification is not forwarded to The Owners and Staff of Avian , this is simply part of the requirements as set by the Lindens Lab Officials and is part and Parcel of most all adult rated Regions of Second Life as documented under the Lindens lab TOS.
If you already have age Verification You will see a message like this ............ "Hmmm... it looks like you've already gone through the age-verification process. You should have access to Adult-rated areas in Second Life! Go check it out — and have a great time!"
1 ) Go to your Second Life Account, sign in with your User name and Password.
2 once you have logged into your second Life Account you wil see a Page with Your Avatar name up top and the Tittle line of Dash board , to the left a list to access ,, click the arrow button that says account ( refer to pictures Provided below if the explination here is hard to understand or follow)
3) After clicking account an extended list will apear, to the left of your dashboard, follow it down to where it says "age verify" then left click it .
(as you can see it is as simple as "ABC" the rest explains it self from here on but for those of you who do find it hard due to language barriers of sight issues and dyslexia, I shall continue in this manner so to help explain things more clearly and make your life that little bit easier)
4) We are now near to the end of the Age Verification set up, another page will present it self , as I said above, if you are already Age Verified You will see a mesdsage saying as such, and if you still have Problems getting into Adult Regions then take a look in the Second Life/Lindens Lab Knowledge Data base and the Questions Answers section or send a ticket to Lindens Lab adressing the issue ...... paid members can speak/text the staff for Lindens Lab for live Assitance.
the page you will see will look similar to the one pictured below, follow the directions it gives and answer the questions , as I said "As simple as "ABC" ....." for further assistance contact Lindens Lab Staff.
